1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ji888" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us": Refers to ji888, the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at ji888.cam and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your": Refers to any individual who has registered a ji888 account or who accesses or uses any ji888 service.

• "Bonus Balance": Promotional credits awarded by ji888 to a Player, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC": Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by ji888 using the Player's CNIC and supporting information, required before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• "Wagering Requirement": The multiple of a bonus amount that a Player must wager on eligible games before the bonus or associated winnings become withdrawable. Specific wagering requirements are stated in individual promotion terms.
• "Services": All products and features offered by ji888, including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slot games, and account management functions.
• "PKR": Pakistani Rupees, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the sole transaction currency of the ji888 platform.
• "CNIC": Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA to Pakistani nationals, used as the primary identity verification document at ji888.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By registering an account with ji888, accessing any ji888 Service, making a deposit, or participating in any promotion, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific Services, promotions, or products offered on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ji888. If you are not willing to be bound by these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2.3 Ji888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

2.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 To be eligible to register and use a ji888 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted;
• Hold a valid Pakistani CNIC;
• Have a Pakistani mobile number capable of receiving SMS for OTP verification;
• Not be a ji888 employee, contractor, affiliate, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing;
• Not be subject to self-exclusion from ji888 or any linked gaming platform;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

3.2 Ji888 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the period requested may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3.3 If ji888 determines at any time that a player was under 21 at the time of registration or during any period of account activity, ji888 will immediately close the account, void all bets and winnings generated during the period of underage use, and return deposited funds (net of any bonuses consumed) in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Each eligible individual may register one (1) ji888 account only. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. Ji888 uses CNIC data, device fingerprinting, and payment method linkage to detect and close duplicate accounts. All balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your CNIC number, your date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji888 account login credentials. Ji888 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Do not share your ji888 password with any third party.

4.4 You agree to notify ji888 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your ji888 account. Ji888 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

4.5 Ji888 reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where ji888 suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.

5 KYC Identity & Document Verification

5.1 Ji888 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC is a one-time process per account and is not repeated for each subsequent withdrawal request.

5.2 KYC documents required by ji888 include:

• A clear image or scan of the front and back of your valid Pakistani CNIC;
• A selfie holding your CNIC (as requested by the ji888 compliance team);
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirming the registered name matches your CNIC).

5.3 Ji888 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Players will be notified of their KYC status via their registered mobile number or through the ji888 account dashboard.

5.4 Ji888 reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the standard KYC set where required by its compliance obligations, including enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns.

5.5 All KYC documents submitted to ji888 are processed in accordance with the ji888 Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by the Platform's licensing obligations or applicable law.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

6.1 Ji888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT on the TRC20 network.

6.2 All ji888 deposits are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage of a PKR deposit or withdrawal. Ji888 does not apply a transaction fee to JazzCash or EasyPaisa deposits. Third-party fees imposed by banks or payment providers are separate and are not controlled or absorbed by ji888.

6.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches your ji888 KYC documentation. Ji888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits received from unverified or mismatched sources may be held pending investigation and returned to the source account.

6.4 Ji888 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits. Current limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your ji888 account dashboard. Ji888 may adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.

6.5 Players are responsible for ensuring that any deposit method they use is authorised for gaming transactions under any applicable terms and conditions of their payment provider. Ji888 is not liable for payment provider restrictions applied to gaming transactions.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance to a payment account registered in their own name and matching their ji888 KYC documentation. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

7.2 Withdrawal eligibility requires: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Balance in the account; and (c) no outstanding compliance holds or verification requests.

7.3 Ji888 targets the following withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes from approval; bank transfers — 1 to 6 hours from approval; USDT TRC20 — 15 to 45 minutes from approval following network confirmation. These are target times and may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional compliance review is required.

7.4 Ji888 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to apply enhanced verification to large withdrawal requests. Players with high-value withdrawal requests may be asked to provide additional KYC documentation as part of ji888's enhanced due diligence process.

7.5 Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where ji888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms. In such cases, ji888 will notify the player through their registered contact details and provide the opportunity to respond before any final account determination is made.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Ji888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All ji888 bonuses are subject to these General Terms and to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion, which are available at the time of opting in.

8.2 Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all ji888 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money Balance;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited;
• Ji888 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what contribution percentage. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate;
• Bonuses are issued for recreational entertainment purposes and are intended for personal use by the eligible registered player only;
• Ji888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, including where ji888 suspects a promotion is being exploited, abused, or accessed by ineligible players.

8.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information to access promotional offers — will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and permanent exclusion from future ji888 promotions.

9 Game Rules & Platform Fairness

9.1 All casino games available on ji888 — including slots, live dealer games, and RNG table games — are operated in accordance with the individual game rules provided by the respective software provider. In the event of any conflict between game-level rules and these General Terms, the game-level rules apply to that specific game's operation.

9.2 Ji888 uses independently audited random number generation (RNG) across all applicable casino products. The RNG certification and return-to-player (RTP) data for all slot games is available from ji888 upon written request by a registered player.

9.3 Live dealer games on ji888 are operated in real time with human dealers. The results of live dealer games are determined by physical game outcomes (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to any electronic manipulation by ji888.

9.4 Sports betting markets on ji888 are settled in accordance with the settlement rules published for each sport and market type within the ji888 sportsbook. Ji888 reserves the right to void or re-settle bets where a manifest error in odds or market data has occurred, or where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or subject to integrity concerns.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits set by the player to control expenditure;

11 Prohibited Conduct

11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji888 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one ji888 account, or using another person's identity to register;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or any account query;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any ji888 game or betting product;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bonus terms;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to receive duplicate welcome bonuses;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, including acting as agent or proxy for any third party;

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Ji888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including where ji888 reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, where account activity raises compliance concerns, or where closure is required to comply with ji888's licensing obligations.

12.2 Where ji888 suspends an account for investigation, ji888 will notify the player through their registered contact details and allow a reasonable period for the player to respond before any final determination is made, except where immediate closure is required to prevent ongoing harm (e.g., suspected fraud or money laundering).

12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ji888 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to ji888) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

12.4 Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited, whether closure is initiated by ji888 or the player.

13 Intellectual Property

13.1 All intellectual property on the ji888 Platform — including but not limited to the ji888 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text content, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to ji888 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji888 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in ji888's intellectual property are granted by these Terms.

13.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any ji888 intellectual property without prior written consent from ji888. Unauthorised use of ji888's intellectual property may constitute a breach of these Terms and applicable law.

14 Limitation of Liability

14.1 Ji888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player to their ji888 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.2 Ji888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if ji888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.3 Ji888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or malicious code, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe. Ji888 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, or force majeure events including telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

14.4 Gambling involves financial risk. Ji888 does not guarantee that any player will win, or that past results are indicative of future outcomes. Players acknowledge that they may lose all funds deposited into their ji888 account as a natural consequence of gaming and betting activities.

15 Privacy & Data Protection

15.1 Ji888 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with the ji888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the ji888 Privacy Policy.
